We have a range of new personal training options designed to make PT more convenient and affordable for members, so you can take your training to the next level and achieve your health and fitness goals.

I never enjoyed exercise as a young kid and would make every excuse you could think of to avoid it, but now it’s become a part of my life that I love. Knowing the mindset of someone who avoids exercise puts me in a great position to help others with their fitness goals and it makes me so proud to see people trying. It’s these same people who inspire me to get in the gym every day. I’m studying Clinical Exercise Science at uni –  I love all things science – and my favourite topic is rehabilitation. Being a foodie I also love to learn about nutrition. That being said, I have a major coffee addiction – I can’t function without one – and I absolutely love burgers… enough said. Before science and exercise came into my life, I played the piano and have played for the last ten years. I’m obsessed with animals and I also love to travel. If I could I would travel the world tomorrow. I love spending quality time with my family and one of my goals is to compete in powerlifting some day.

Fitness has and always will be a massive part of my life. Growing up I played multiple sports, however football (soccer) was the sport I continued to pursue and is something that I am very passionate about both on and off the field. I studied a Bachelor of Exercise Science & Human Movement/Bachelor of Sport & Recreation Management where I learnt the majority of my theoretical trade. My first year out of University I completed an internship as an assistant Strength & Conditioning coach with FC11, which allowed me to gain accreditation to become an ASCA (Australian Strength & Conditioning Association) S&C coach. Outside of the gym, I enjoy playing football, watching live music and tasting different beers! I enjoy building relationships with clients and I get a buzz out of helping clients achieve their goals and change their lifestyle. Whether you’re on a weight loss journey or a young aspiring athlete, I will commit to getting you where you want to be. If you see me on the gym floor or in one of my classes, please come and say hello!

Hi! I’m Roxanne, a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach at Wynactive. Sports and exercise have been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Ever since my Dad took me to my first athletics training session, fitness and physical health have held a special place in my heart and life. Originally from England, I studied a BSc in Exercise, Physical Activity and Health before setting off to travel the world for a few years. I eventually found my way to Australia and fell in love with this country and am now so proud and happy to call it home. I strongly believe that nutrition goes hand in hand with exercise, so I am continuously studying and researching human health and diets to compliment my training programs. It is my passion for health and fitness that drives me to coach others. It brings me a true sense of accomplishment and happiness to see my clients progress and reach their goals. After competing as an athlete I know what it takes to prepare for big events, so if that’s your goal, I can take your training to the next level. I design every session to suit the individual. Whether you’re on a weight loss journey, wanting to increase muscle mass or simply want a friendly and supportive fitness partner to motivate you, no goal is out of reach if we work together.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years helping people in everything from athleticism to weight loss, although my passion lies in rehabilitation. One of my methods consists of finding out what an individual does on a day-to-day basis, and how that has caused any imbalances to the body. With this knowledge, I can then determine what areas are overstimulated and which areas are dormant. I am then able to create movement patterns that enhance structural integrity and pain-free living. Skills and attributes:
– Can cook 2min noodles in 1:58
– Can play drums and guitar
– Always try to make people laugh
– Most of the time just make it awkward
– Forget to look both ways when crossing the street
– Every night, calculate how much sleep I will get if I stay awake for just a little longerI have studied exercise science, gained a strength and conditioning qualification, worked with an  A-League soccer team and spent countless hours teaching group fitness classes and conducting 1-on-1 PT sessions.If you want to get rid of all the weekdays in your calendar and replace them with strongdays, then come have a chat with me.
