What is Group Fitness?
Group fitness encompasses any and all forms of fitness that is done in a group setting, led by a group fitness instructor. You can now find group fitness classes of nearly any kind, both cardio and strength based.
*Please note – Classes are subject to change and at times we may need to cancel or change our Group Fitness classes at short notice.
