What is Group Fitness?
Group fitness encompasses any and all form of fitness that’s done in a group setting, lead by a group instructor. With this form of exercise growing in popularity, you can now find group fitness classes of nearly any kind, both aerobic- and strength-based.

Due to some group fitness instructors being on holidays and others isolating, we are experiencing difficulty in finding instructors to cover our classes. At times, we may need to cancel or change group fitness classes with little notice. We are asking you to please check our live group fitness timetable on the AquaPulse or Eagle Stadium website before arriving at the facility to attend your regular class, to ensure the class is still running. Please note, those who have booked into a class in advance via the Client Portal will be contacted directly via phone or text message if the class has been cancelled.
