It's all about having a go!
We were blown away to see so many of our members stepping up and pushing their limits in last fortnight's fitness challenge - the "Max Timed Plank" proved to be one of our most eagerly accepted challenges to date! Dillon R. held the plank for the longest while supporting a 10kg plate - a gut-busting 3 mins 5 secs - and Kayla W. was our female winner after holding a standard plank for a duration of 2 mins 43 secs! It was an all-round awesome effort from everyone who had fun getting involved, and both Dillon and Kayla go into the draw to win 3 months free WynActive Access-All Membership for topping the leaderboards in Challenge #7.
Challenge #8 "Battle Ropes" is another straightforward functional fitness challenge that just about everyone can attempt - it only takes 3 minutes from start to finish and you're aiming for max reps. It's a short, sharp full body workout you can complete with any one of our fitness coaches keeping count while you battle the ropes.
