YOGA - Designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well-being, our yoga classes use gentle movements to improve flexibility, balance, strength and posture. The class may incorporate basic poses from various yoga styles.

Please note: the Wednesday 6:55pm Yoga class at Eagle Stadium which appears in the current printed timetable (available at Eagle Stadium and AquaPulse) will now run each Wednesday at 6:05pm as a 45-minute express class from 13th September as reflected in the live online timetable. 

Additional changes to the printed Wynactive Group Fitness timetable include the change to Thursday's 5:30pm Yoga(30) class at AquaPulse, which will run as Pilates Matwork(30) each Thursday now instead.

A previous change which we communicated at an earlier date was the deletion of Tuesday night’s 6:05pm Body Balance class at Eagle Stadium.  

All of these changes are due to the loss of a team member. We regret the unavoidable inconvenience of having communicated some of these changes at late notice and we thank you for your understanding.
