OUR GROUP FITNESS SCHEDULE

Group Fitness

Aside from one class change, the current timetable (effective from 2nd August) is identical to the printed timetables available from AquaPulse & Eagle Stadium (effective from 15th May 2017). The change which has occurred is the 6:40pm Thursday Sh'Bam(45) class in the Main Group Fitness Studio at Eagle Stadium has been replaced with Zumba(45).

LES MILLS Instructor Workshops will be held at Eagle Stadium this Saturday 19th August, replacing regular Group Fitness programming for one week only at the facility.

Members are welcome to join us in the following sessions which will be delivered by Les Mills trainers for the benefit of instructors:

8.40am Body Step (1hr)
9.40am SPRINT (30min)
10.30am Body Balance (1hr)
1.45pm Body Attack (1hr)
3.30pm RPM (45min)

Please note that no other classes will run at Eagle Stadium on this day.

Eagle-only members are welcome to participate in any of the Group Fitness classes at AquaPulse for the entirety of Saturday, 19th August - just see the service desk for tickets to the classes.

Group fitness classes are available to both members and casual users, however Members have priority to attend classes. You are able to attend and collect a ticket up to 2hrs prior to class commencement from either reception or the class kiosk
