New Summer Group Fitness Timetable effective Monday 14th January 2019
Brand new classes in this summer timetable release include:
HIIT OUTDOORS: A 30-minute outdoor high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session,
which combines cardio, strength and plyometric training. This is the perfect class
for anyone who loves to train outdoors. This brand new open-air class will take place on the outdoor netball courts at Eagle Stadium - CLICK HERE to view class times.
OUTDOOR AQUA: This low impact workout combines fun, fitness, fresh air and great
music in one place. With a blend of aerobic exercises and water-based resistance
movements, this is a great workout for everybody to enjoy! Where else would you expect but Werribee Outdoor Pool? WHEN: THURSDAYS AT 7:45AM (45-MINUTE CLASS WITH ALYCIA)

OUTDOOR YOGA: Improve flexibility, balance, posture and gain a sense of wellbeing in the
fresh summer air! WHEN: TUESDAYS AT 7:45AM (45-MINUTE CLASS WITH TREV)

DANCE: Is an energetic and fun workout set to an amazing playlist. Dance will leave you
