Group Fitness Timetable effective 1st May 2017 available online
Effective Monday, 1st May, 2017 we will have a new Group Fitness Timetable which can be viewed, downloaded and printed by CLICKING HERE. This Quarterly Group Fitness Timetable Update includes the introduction of TREAD RUNNER, an exciting new 30-minute treadmill-based workout suitable for all fitness levels.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM WED 19TH APRIL THROUGH TO SUN 14TH MAY, DUE TO A CHANGE IN INSTRUCTOR AVAILABILITY, PILATES REFORMER CLASSES WILL ONLY RUN AT 6:05PM ON THURSDAYS. The 7:10pm Monday, 7:10pm Wednesday & 9:20am Saturday Pilates Reformer classes which appeared on the previous printed timetables will not run during this period.
There are two more exciting new EXPRESS (30) classes to check out:
BOXING (30) is a 30-minute express training workout exclusive to Eagle Stadium. With the use of upright boxing bags, there is no partner required.
And for a super calorie burner SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.
Group fitness classes are available to both members and casual users, however Members have priority to attend classes. You are able to attend and collect a ticket up to 2hrs prior to class commencement from either reception or the class kiosk.
If you've never had a go at a Group Fitness Class before now is the time! It's a great way to make friends and also to challenge yourself with a variety of fun workouts.
