New Group Fitness Timetable now available online
Effective Monday, 13th March, 2017 we have a new Group Fitness Timetable which can be viewed, downloaded and printed by CLICKING HERE. There are two exciting new classes to check out which are seriously geared towards getting results:
BOXING (30) is a 30-minute express training workout exclusive to Eagle Stadium. With the use of upright boxing bags, there is no partner required.
And for a super calorie burner SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.
If you've never had a go at a Group Fitness Class before now is the time! It's a great way to make friends and also to challenge yourself with a variety of fun workouts.
